Understanding How Selective Laser Sintering Works
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) became the SYHE's SLS printing potential with DH-S® titanium alloy powder which is also environmentally friendly. We begin with a very thin. layer of titanium powder which is evenly spread across the build platforms. Then a laser beam is used to ‘scan’ the powder layer and ‘selectively’ melt gas in the powder particles together to fonn metal solids. Once the layer completed, the build platform is moved down and a new layer of powder is made and the gas to solids conversion is repeated. This cycle goes on until the whole part is made. Once the part is finished and the build platforms gas parcels are moved and the part is revealed. The waste powder can also be recycled and used of newer. The SLS printing's virtues include a shorter lead time prototyping, unique designs, and less waste. With the SYHE's SLS DH-S® titanium alloy powder is also environmentally friendly. integrated with SYHE's SLS, also DH-S titanium alloy powder is eco friendly and able to do efficiently.
