We incorporate innovative metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D printing to create exact geometries after the titanium powder is synthesized. MIM is great for large production runs and offers excellent detail for assemblies. We also use 3D printing for prototyping and to assist customers in streamlining design and reducing time to market. Over 95% material recycling and other sustainable manufacturing practices help to keep our processes low carbon and low energy. We are also certified to the Global Recycled Standard, helping to augment sustainable practices and helping to make our TC4 titanium alloy a better choice for businesses with sustainable goals.
